ASI's Technical Support team is a three-time winner of Service and Support Professionals Association's (SSPA) Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) Award and Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification. SCP Certification measures the effectiveness of customer support based on a stringent set of performance standards and represents best practices for the industry.

Technical Support is available to all iMIS customers who are current on their iMIS Software Update Plan (SUP).

You can receive live technical support via the web or telephone, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. You can submit, monitor, review, and update a technical support request via the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also search a database of previously resolved technical issues.
